		<description>Given the conservative opposition to tax raises in any form, for any reason, especially in states like North Dakota, Alaska, and Arizona, I imagine we&#039;ll simply see the states take out more loans in the form of muni bonds and then pay off those loans with yet more loans... what could possibly go wrong?</description>
