Short version: the offshore FP was a sideshow and last gasp to keep EPS going up.  Biz got much harder, esp post enron in the early 2000&#039;s so they moved offshore.
Looking forward to your article very much.  We need a bit more analysis of the what/where/how of this mess, and a bit less theatrics from DC.
