    I am not a financial expert, but one would think that Mr. Bernanke, Ms. Yellen, Mr. Powell, along with their hundreds (thousands?) of economists would know that the required interest rate structure (e.g. inverting the curve, etc.) to withdraw from QE and ZIRP would blow a hole in banks’ (~required?) portfolios. How can this be dealt with, except with significant pain?…

    Is this the “neoclassical economics” contribution to modern intellectual thought? (QE basically was Bernanke’s remedy to a weak job market for the peasants. As usual, he was long gone when the bill came due).
